Family farm - not certified but no persticides, growth hormones, etc used. Animals all have thier own areas to roam during the day while still protected by stock gardian dogs and fence.
We have meat chickens that are generally available for sale early summer and mid-fall - if you order ahead - great; if not, you take your chances!
We raise Berkshire pigs that are generally available in September. Again, ordering early (March) is best.
We have just started raising Dexter cattle and hope to have our first beef available fall of 2009.
Also, we are in the very early stages of raising milking goats.
